If changes are allowed on a tour or activity, a $20.00 per reservation change fee will be applied for any change to a reservation. Please note that some tours and activities do not allow any changes. Date changes can only be made only if we can confirm availability on the new date. While we cannot guarantee any changes can be made, all change requests must be submitted a minimum of 24 hours prior to the tour departure and must be handled on an individual basis through our Reservations Center.

Please plan to be with the tour up to 4 hours in total to allow for check-in, travel to the launch location, safety briefing, set-up, pack-up after landing and the return drive to the original meeting location. Meeting times are between 5:00 am and 6:00 am for sunrise flights and between 4:00 pm and 5:00 pm for sunset flights. Exact details will be reflected on your E-ticket. Approximate launch times are 6:30 am and 5:30 pm.

Grande Prairie is about 4 hours and 45 minutes and 285 miles (458.6 kilometers) northwest of Edmonton.

IMPORTANT NOTES
~ When making your reservation, you will be asked to provide the full name, age and weight of each passenger. The weight MUST be accurate within 10 lbs. This is a matter of aircraft safety. The balloon pilot must accurately calculate weight and balance to ensure flight safety for all passengers.
~ Passengers MUST sign a Liability Waiver Form to make flight.
~ Ballooning is extremely weather dependent. There must be less than 10 knots of wind to balloon safely, and there must be no impending storms approaching. Safety is the main concern. The rides will be canceled due to weather conditions or other safety reasons, such as equipment malfunction, pilot illness or injury that could affect the flight's safety.
~ Although hot air ballooning is a safe activity, accidents, incidents and injury can occur. There is always a chance of potential injury, damage to personal property or, perhaps, death in an extreme situation.
~ Passengers MUST be in good physical condition because of possible rough landings. All passengers must be able to climb in and out of the basket, stand for the entire flight and walk out of a field, if necessary.
~ Those who have had recent surgery; injuries; hip, back or knee problems; health concerns; physical limitations; is or may be pregnant; or severe auditory restrictions will not be able to go up in the balloon.
~ Long pants, sleeves and solid footwear are recommended. It is recommended that you layer your clothing so that you may remove or add clothing for comfort. NO open-toed shoes, heels or sandals will be allowed.
